What I Do
I'm an independent CRM consultant who helps companies plan and implement Oracle Applications projects to improve customer-facing business processes.
Recent Project Highlights
I just completed a multi-phase implementation of Oracle Release 12 for a publicly-traded software company. This marks my seventh end-to-end implementation with another great client.
Release 12 provides some nice enhancements to the CRM Suite. Oracle Marketing continues its UI transition to the cleaner and more personalizable OA Framework for programs, campaigns, and activities. Sales managers finally have their own dashboard; even though it's a bit buggy in the 12.0.4 release, it's better than nothing!
Daily Sales Intelligence still lacks future period visibility in R12. To close the gap, I developed a set of future period pipeline and forecast reports in Discoverer. These reports were integrated into the Sales application by adding a custom report link to the sales manager dashboard, and then defining an opportunity detail drill-out to bring users from report back into the Sales application. (It gets the job done; though, the best solution would be for Oracle to fix the source problem with Sales DBI!)
After successfully rolling out the CRM phases, I took on a project management role to help complete the Quote-to-Ship portion of the ERP implementation phase. I've included a few samples from this project in my portfolio.
